## What the platform does and does not do

- Handles: packing, courier dispatch, delivery tracking, cash-on-delivery collection, reseller payouts
- Does not handle: the reseller's own marketing or advertising spend
- Resellers do not buy or hold stock; an item is ordered only after their customer orders it
- Product prices are visible to members only; public pages show an estimated profit range instead
- Wholesale (bulk buying) is a separate offering from reseller membership and does not require one. It is rolling out in stages; buyers register interest and are contacted with terms for their category
- Wholesale rates and minimum order quantities are not published; they are agreed per buyer during onboarding
